Fill not your heart with pain and sorrow but remember me in every tomorrow
Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles
I’ve only gone to rest for a little while
If my leaving has caused pain and grief
Know that going has eased my hurt and given me relief
So dry your eyes and remember me not as I am now but as I used to be

Because, I will remember you all and look on with a smile
Understand, in your heart, I’ve only gone to rest a little while
As long as I have the love of each of you, I can live my life in the hearts of all of you.

New Wall Ride Jam @ Walbon's

Saturday the 13th of October was a wall ride jibfest with a solid drop in ramp and some bangers going down. Andy Walbon's crew decided to throw a party for his roomate Randy's b-day. Well local boardshop The EDGE listened and put together 2 kegs and some shwag to give out. Plus they organized some free pizza and got quite a few loads of snow in for it.

When all was said and done Tarek Husevold took home the win with some fancy footwork. Looks like its the start of a solid year for the Bellingham Urban Shredders League.

As the party was getting shut down by the cops photographer Aaron Pffefer climbed on the roof and ordered everyone to get into a photo with the cops. Keg cops and everything, flashes going off and the last few riders dropping in.

The next day we watched the seahawks game at Lando's where he's got a sweet Jamie Lynn wall painting.
Mikey P and Patrick McCarthy watching the seahawks lose.

Pocket Change

"'Pocket Change' is a film by Mack Collins that labels it’s self somewhere between super radical-gnar-manbeast and emotionally enthralling...This film isn’t going to be your typical run of the mill, eye candy put to electro-pop music snowboard video." (via Snowboard-mag.com)

Don't know too much about this cat from down at Evergreen State College, but it looks as if he aims to make the "Rambo" of shred flicks. Maybe Rambo isn't the best comparison, but now I get to share the trailer for the new Rambo...mission accomplished.

Hell yes.
