MGT 2-Day winter camp at Grouse Mountain


More Good Times is looking forward to ringing in the new year in balmy Vancouver after last week's deep freeze at COP in Calgary, Alberta. With 2 weeks left until our 2 day winter camp at Grouse Mountain, the MGT busy bodies are cranking the rad and applying zinc war paint for another west coast sneak attack January 3-4. Join riders Leanne Pelosi, Marie-France Roy, Robin Van Gyn and more in some west coast park action!

The MGT (More Good Times) Snowboard Camp is intended for female snowboarders who want to progress their terrain park skills under the inspirational gaze of professional snowboarders who compete globally and can be found in today’s most progressive snowboarding videos and magazines! MGT has been spreadin’ the shreddin’ across the globe since 2002! These 2-day weekend winter programs put past participants on the path to progression; from tentative to aggressive riders, from rookies to fully fledged pro snowboarders, from recreational riders to movers and shakers in the snowboard industry. We add a little bit of gnar sauce, passionate coaching and good times to your determination and out comes progression and hopefully a lifetime of enjoying the snow.

The Summit at Snoqualmie Jib This! on December 27th, 2008

The Summit at Snoqualmie, CAPiTA Snowboards and Snowboy Productions bring you Jib This! on December 27th.

For 6 years Jib This! has set the standard for local jib events. Whether this is your first or fourth time out it promises to be a blast…and the park crew will also be debuting two new jibs!

Registration is from 8:30-10 AM in the Main Central Lodge. $20 entry fee. Helmets required. Under 18 needs a parents signature (Liability Release).

Categories are Open (for cash prize), Ladies, 14 and over & 13 and under. Snowboards only.
