Return of the 16mm

Absinthe Films finally reveals their new flick, Optimistic? What's that you say? It looks funny? That's right kids! Absinthe is sticking to its 16mm guns, take that HD!

Pirate Movie Productions invites you to "Walk the Plank". Also in 16mm, and also great!

(teasers via method.tv)

Coldfocus Productions and Block 10 premiere the new teaser for "Tasty Water". This is a Finnish-Italian collaboration here folks, be afraid. (16 again, holy cow!)

Tyler Mcleod is a cinematographer. And a darn good one! That's what justin eeles and pierre minhondo think anyway. Tyler was awarded 1st prize in the TWS GTS Video Contest. Here is his entry. He is also putting a little video together with some homies called "Noise, noise, noise", and I like the looks of it.

Oh yea. Did you see the new teaser for Funner's "Sentimental Values"? Exquisite.

  1. i love film but never shot it. i've heard it costs a bit more, and not sure how to edit (convert to vid than edit?). you guys have any experience?

i think absinthe made my favorite film ever (can't recall if it was them, but think so). back in 96 or 97, was all B&W, used to love watching that while working at boarderline.
